A 3-day Retreat for Women (two weekends available as follows)
Thursday 3rd - Sunday 6th April (Departure 2pm)
Thursday 250th - Sunday 28th September (Departure 2pm)
‘The greatest potential for growth and self-realisation exists in the second half of life.’ Jung
The second half of life can now be a period of real significance and enrichment. It may be the first opportunity to discover true authenticity, yet it can also be a time of stress and anxiety.
A few days standing back from life and sharing with other women in a similar situation through discussion, reflection and creativity can help to identify priorities and discover a new richness in our personal lives and relationships as well as considering our role in society.
We welcome contributions from a wide variety of cultures. The majority of women are in their fifties and sixties, but many are older or younger than this which adds to the enrichment.
These long weekends are a gentle time of affirmation, replenishment, celebration and exploration in a small and friendly group. Each session is completely self-contained.
There are two weekends being held at the Grange this year. Each session is completely self-contained. Anyone wishing to explore further is welcome to come to a Further Exploration in a later year.
(Or what you can afford. We do not wish to exclude anyone for financial reasons and there is a bursary fund available that can top up what you are able to pay.)
