A reasonable level of wellbeing can be achieved through a variety of external means - nutrition, exercise and other lifestyle factors. Meditation offers an opportunity to deepen this ongoingly throughout our lives.
This weekend offers a variety of approaches focused on meditation exercises, as well as looking at the needs of body, mind and spirit - including the role of beliefs, attitudes and feelings in potentially hindering or furthering our progress towards being able to live life from a place of peace and harmony within, irrespective of the challenges we encounter in our daily lives. It is suitable both for complete beginners to meditation and for those who would like to expand and deepen their practice.
The approach is non-denominational, acknowledging that, in their essence, all religions and all deep inner work invite us on a journey to become aware of the spiritual element that is within each of us - and through that, to become aware of the Divine within all life in whom we live and move and have our being - no matter what name we care to call it.
